Terms of service

1. The service

Pairfully provides a script that collects non-identifying session data from websites you control, a model that judges why sessions ended and how much intent they showed, and reports, alerts and lead scores built from those judgments. Judgments are probabilistic and reported with a confidence; low-confidence results are labelled unclear rather than guessed. They are an aid to your decisions, not a guarantee of any outcome.

2. Your responsibilities

• Install the script only on websites you own or are authorised to instrument.
• Keep your site’s privacy notice accurate about the analytics it uses. We provide the wording you need.
• Do not pass us personal data you are not permitted to share, and do not attempt to re-identify visitors from our output.
• Keep your account credentials and alert webhooks secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans, quotas and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance, by card in USD, at the flat price shown on the pricing page. Each plan includes a monthly quota of judged sessions. Above the quota, sessions are sampled for the report and live checks continue on key pages; we never charge overage without your agreement. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing date. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Data processing

For visitor data you are the controller and we are your processor. We process it only to provide the service, keep it for the retention period of your plan, and delete it when you delete a site or close your account. Our privacy policy forms part of these terms and acts as the data-processing agreement between us; a signed copy is available on request.

5. Acceptable use

• No use on sites whose primary purpose is unlawful, or that target children.
• No attempts to overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service other than under the Agency plan’s white-label terms.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where practical.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. If the judgment model is unavailable, sessions are stored and judged when it returns. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with 14 days’ notice by email to account owners. Either party may end the agreement at any time; on termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy and you may export it beforehand from Settings.
